Garden of Hesperides

The Garden of Hesperides was a golden apple orchard which was given to the gnawers by the humans as a gift. During a war between the gnawers and Regalia, an attack was led by Hamnet on the Garden. Many gnawers were present during the attack, Hamnet ordered to break a dike that was holding back a surge of water from the Garden. When the dike broke, the water surged forward, killing many beings of both species. When the dike broke, soldiers stopped fighting and began helping people get out of the water, both gnawers and humans alike, among some of the deceased were Ripred's family members. After the battle, Hamnet was driven to madness because of his actions and left Regalia.
